I’m Robert Truska, CLCS, SBCS, founder of Truska Insurance Agency and a Chicago-based insurance executive with more than 25 years of industry experience.
My career has spanned leadership roles across both large and mid-sized brokerage firms, including Aon, Rockwood (where I served as Vice President | Broker), and Troxell (where I also served as Vice President | Broker). This experience has given me a deep understanding of complex risk environments across national and regional platforms, as well as the evolving needs of both businesses and individuals.
Today, I lead Truska Insurance Agency with a focus on delivering clarity, strategy, and long-term value to clients. I help individuals and businesses make confident, well-informed insurance decisions with tailored coverage and proactive risk guidance.
My approach is built on transparency, integrity, and lasting relationships. I don’t just place insurance—I serve as a trusted advisor committed to protecting what matters most as clients grow and change over time.
