As long as your items are scheduled on a floater policy, they are covered anywhere in the world.

You will be covered for the full amount specified on your policy to replace a pair or set of jewelry items for a covered loss.

If you are always in motion or travel frequently, a diamond could fall out of your ring and disappear, without necessarily being stolen. This would be covered.
